Job Description
BFL Consultants Pvt Limited is inviting applications for a Front Desk Manager to lead our reception area. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, providing exceptional client welcome and service, managing communication channels, maintaining accurate client records, and training staff to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, have demonstrable experience in front office management, and exhibit excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with strong leadership qualities and the ability to thrive under pressure.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,00.00 to Rs30,00.00 per month. The role requires in-person attendance at our office.
