Job Description
Our corporate office at CTS is looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team and become the face of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and appointments.
- Handle complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and well-stocked.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
