Job Description
Salma Kafeel Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our team. This role involves daily administration of front desk duties, including managing emails, mail, and all incoming calls, as well as coordinating admissions and discharges of patients. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions both in person and over the telephone, provide information to patients, and relay their concerns to doctors and nurses.
Requirements include experience in patient management, excellent spoken and presentation skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding care and follow-up.

Pay: Rs28,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
