Job Description
The Shahida Khaliq Health Centre is currently looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Officer to become an essential part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients both in person and via phone, providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include answering inquiries, optimizing provider schedules to enhance patient satisfaction, and informing healthcare providers of patient arrivals.
