Job Description
SKANS Education Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer. As a vital member of our team, you will provide prospective students and the general public with essential information regarding course outlines, fee structures, application procedures, and admission criteria. You will assist students in document preparation and ensure all queries are addressed prior to class commencement.
We require individuals with problem-solving skills, strong customer service abilities, and excellent communication skills. A graduation degree is required; experience in the educational sector is preferred.
