Job Description
The Paradise Kids Foundation School is seeking a Female Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to greet clients and visitors warmly as they arrive at our office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests
- Receive mail, documents, and packages
- Answer phone calls
- Arrange meetings
- Sort and distribute mail
- Schedule appointments
