Job Description
The Diabetes Centre Karachi is currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer/Receptionist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for patient registration, managing appointments, and overseeing cash transactions. Your tasks will also include entering survey forms, assisting guests, and facilitating effective communication within the facility.
We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong customer service and communication skills are paramount for success in this position.
