Job Description
The Services Tree Enterprises is actively looking for a Front Office & Admin Executive for our co-working space located in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient front desk operations, providing exceptional assistance to visitors and clients, and supporting management with daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Manage phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring an organized and welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
