Job Description
The Front Staff Members play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations at Zakori Group’s Pyali Restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, managing seating, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and guide them to their tables.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless operations.
- Upsell specials to enhance the dining experience.
