Job Description
Eastern Scientific Corporation (Pvt) Limited is in search of an experienced General Manager of Laboratory to lead our lab operations, foster new business development, ensure quality assurance, and manage procurement processes. This role requires the management of customer complaints, strategic planning for hiring, and overseeing team training and development.
The ideal candidate will possess 8-10+ years of experience in laboratory operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or senior management capacity. A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, Food Technology, or a related discipline is required. Proficiency in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning is essential.
