Job Description
VapeMall is seeking a motivated General Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our branches. This key position involves leading sales teams, tracking progress towards sales targets, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, managing inventory, and maintaining branch standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, lead branch teams, establish and monitor sales objectives, maintain service quality, conduct evaluations, oversee inventory management, analyze sales data, enhance customer experience, coordinate marketing initiatives, address challenges, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, over 5 years of experience in retail management, exceptional leadership and communication abilities, an analytical approach, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
