Job Description
Department: Academics
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Engage in assembly, break time, and home time duties while participating in various school events.
– Implement effective classroom management to uphold discipline.
– Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
– Develop and deliver lessons in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum, integrating Islamic principles.
– Leverage technology to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
– Offer constructive feedback on student assignments.
Knowledge and Skills: In-depth subject knowledge, strong delivery skills, exceptional organizational abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and familiarity with educational technology.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar educational role.
Educational Qualification: Ideally an M.Ed., with at least a Bachelor’s Degree or a B.Ed.
