Job Description
Cheezious Pakistan is seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in managing large-scale meal operations. You will oversee food preparation, ensure hygiene standards, and introduce new culinary ideas to serve approximately 2,00 individuals daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen team for high-quality food preparation.
- Plan and supervise meal distribution.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Oversee inventory management and budgeting.
- Innovate new recipes and menu ideas.
- Train and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
Qualifications: Matriculation (Grade 10) or equivalent; 10–15 years in large-scale meal operations; expertise in Desi and international cuisines; strong leadership skills; age limit: Maximum 50 years.
