Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking a Team Lead – Sales to lead our healthcare recruitment efforts in the UK. This pivotal role will involve managing a dynamic sales team while fostering strong relationships with our UK healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the sales team in meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assess staffing requirements and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
- Enhance revenue growth through effective client acquisition.
- Collaborate extensively to ensure timely candidate placements.
Location: Lahore, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
