Job Description
ASK Development Limited is inviting applications for the position of Helpline Agent to join our esteemed telecom company. We seek qualified candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Urdu with a neutral accent.
- Location: Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred.
- Salary: Rs. 45,00 plus performance-based incentives.
- Shift: Monthly rotational shifts.
In this role, you will manage customer calls, provide online support, follow up on issues, handle Network Trouble Tickets, and maintain accurate records. This is a full-time position offering a salary of Rs. 45,00 per month.
