Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required
- Communication skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based campaigns
- Salary: Rs45,00 including incentives up to 15K
- Benefits: Free medical insurance
- Shift: Rotational shifts; work from home available after probation
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
