Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound call systems
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs 45,00 including incentives up to Rs 15,00.
Shift: Rotational shifts for males; morning shift only for females. Work from home option available after probation.
