Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. Responsibilities include:
- Inbound call management
- Providing solutions to customer inquiries
- Handling customer complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Ages 18 – 35
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
Salary: Rs45,00 (with incentives) + medical insurance.
Shift: Rotational for males, mornings for females. Work from home available post-probation.
