We are seeking a dedicated Helpline Operator for ACT INTERNATIONAL. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work, along with excellent communication skills. Experience in customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities include
- Receiving and assessing calls from survivors of violence
- Transferring calls to appropriate psychologists
- Maintaining confidentiality and documenting calls
Fluency in local languages and English is an asset.
