Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging potential customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timing: Night Shift, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English understanding and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10
- High-quality headset
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Desired Skills: Proficient in computer use, strong active listening, goal-oriented, and willing to work night shifts.
