Job Description
Aenzay Interiors & Architects is seeking a motivated HR Administration Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will last for 3 months and offers valuable insights into HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents
- Liaise with external partners
- Create reports on HR metrics
- Answer employee queries
- Assist the payroll department
- Maintain financial records
- Process invoices and payments
- Reconcile expenses and prepare reports
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
