Job Description
Symbiosis Technologies is on the lookout for a motivated HR Executive to become a vital part of our team. This position will involve supporting daily HR operations and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and correspondence.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely payments.
- Assist with recruitment activities and candidate onboarding.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.
- Process timely updates in employee status.
- Support initiatives for training, development, and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (36 months)
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
