Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, training, attendance tracking, reporting, and documentation. Exceptional organizational skills and proactive communication abilities are vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting candidate interviews and coordinating training schedules.
- Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Update Excel spreadsheets and prepare various reports.
- Organize and maintain physical filing systems.
Requirements: Female candidates only, HR experience preferred, proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, and availability for the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
