Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to effectively manage daily wage workers at our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring attendance, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and providing support to site supervisors in workforce planning. Prior experience in labor management and documentation coordination is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily attendance and headcount records.
- Process daily wages and overtime payments with precision.
- Collaborate with supervisors on workforce planning initiatives.
- Verify CNICs and oversee all worker documentation.
- Prepare HR reports for the Head Office.
- Address employee grievances while ensuring site discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; HR specialization preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in site HR management.
- Familiarity with labor laws and strong record-keeping abilities.
