Job Description
ESOLS is seeking an HR Executive to oversee our recruitment, employee development, and performance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, responsible for creating referral programs and managing our hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and post advertisements.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and contracts.
- Maintain employee records and conduct orientations.
- Coordinate training sessions and report HR activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR Executive experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
