Job Description
Eracon Technologies is in search of a dedicated HR Executive who possesses a strong background in HR functions and recruitment within the BPO industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional talent, while also overseeing key HR processes including employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation.
