Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team. The selected candidate will manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, maintain employee records, oversee attendance and payroll, and assist with performance management and employee engagement efforts. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws is also a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, the HR professional will support training and development initiatives and address employee inquiries.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required. The ability to handle confidential information professionally is essential.
