Job Description
Speak Viral is on the lookout for a skilled HR Executive to lead our recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Human Resources along with a comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
Your key responsibilities will include designing competitive compensation packages, implementing effective performance review processes, and formulating equitable HR policies. Additionally, you will manage the hiring process, coordinate training programs, and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
