Job Description
TTC Network LLC & Amigos BPO is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to oversee our recruitment processes in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate tracking and interviews.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Manage recruitment technology solutions and maintain an internal talent pool.
- Edit and post job roles on our recruitment system.
- Resolve complex recruitment queries effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and strong motivation.
