Job Description
The ideal candidate will support Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding new hires, conducting performance management, managing payroll, and overseeing employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR and admin operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting abilities.
- Training experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Note: Must have experience in a software house.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
Location: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lahore.
Requirements
