Job Type: Full-time on-site

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 PM – 5 AM)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage candidate screening and interviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR documentation.
- Support employee performance management.
- Adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1 year of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
