Job Description
Techcreatix is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist with a solid foundation in Training & Development (T&D). The successful candidate will take charge of essential HR functions while also designing, implementing, and assessing effective employee development initiatives that promote both personal and organizational advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Create and deliver dynamic training programs aimed at enhancing employee capabilities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to maximize impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience, particularly in T&D.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
