Job Description
As an HR Intern at Contactivity, you will assist the HR team in daily functions, recruitment, onboarding, and marketing activities to enhance our employer brand. Your responsibilities will include resume screening, candidate communication, and supporting new hires in their transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Contribute to employer branding through social media content.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic HR process understanding and social media familiarity.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Details: Job Type: Full-time Internship, Night Shift. Contract Length: 3 months. Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
