Job Description
Call Co BPO is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our on-site night shift. This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or students pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. The intern will assist with end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records and HR database maintenance, attendance tracking, and daily HR administration.
Requirements: ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/related fields, strong English communication skills, basic HR knowledge, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, excellent organizational ability, and willingness to work nights. We provide hands-on HR experience, structured mentorship, and clear pathways for professional development within a supportive BPO environment.
