Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process, which includes job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will help facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
As an HR Intern, you will serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and benefits. You’ll address employee concerns, support the performance review process, and help identify training needs while maintaining records of employee training activities. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
