Job Description
Join our team at 14th Street Pizza Co as an HR Manager, where you’ll develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our restaurant’s business goals. You’ll oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Your role will include designing employee engagement programs, managing payroll, and resolving conflicts. We are looking for someone who can lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, develop training programs, and monitor industry trends to maintain competitive HR practices.
