Job Description
Location: Sixth Road, Rawalpindi

Axxon BPO is seeking an experienced HR Manager to shape culture, manage employee relations, and drive strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, oversee training, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 2+ years of HR experience, strong labor law knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency in HR software.
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday
