Business Connect is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Management Manager with a strong background in HR agency operations. This role is essential for developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment process, manage a team of HR professionals, enhance employer branding, and utilize metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred), and proficiency in ATS and CRM software.
