Job Description

Goldengirl Cosmetics is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside 3 to 5+ years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in HR software and tools, including FLOWHCM, Excel, and MS Office, is crucial.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, and addressing employee grievances. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month, and the work location is in-person.
