Job Description
The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position will support the complete range of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborate with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices to enhance the organization’s overall HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new hires.
- Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
