Job Description
Innovative Infinity Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our night shift team (6:00 PM to 1:00 AM). The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Human Resources with proven experience managing HR processes in a BPO setting.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, overseeing recruitment processes, and addressing employee grievances.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, HR management experience, knowledge of employment law, and excellent communication skills.
