Job Description
Kamal Laboratories is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives, oversee employee transitions, and foster a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting qualified candidates, managing employee transfers, maintaining comprehensive records, and participating in disciplinary meetings. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing final settlements for departing employees.
This is a full-time position that requires a proven track record in HR management, policy formulation, and exceptional communication skills.
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
