Job Description
NewGen Solutions is hiring an HR Manager for our thriving Call Center business. This role with a bonus of basic-level Digital Marketing experience offers a unique opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Marketing on digital marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience in HR roles.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Rawalpindi.
