Job Description

Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd (Sardodha Branch) is seeking a qualified HR Manager to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and shortlisting resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining comprehensive records of recruitment activities. This role requires the ability to work night shifts and oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including managing attendance and employee compensation.
