Job Description
I&K Enterprises is seeking a competent and professional HR Officer for our Head Office. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end hiring process, maintain accurate HR records, and generate actionable reports. Additionally, you will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and monitor employee performance and growth.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year in a relevant field.
Salary: Rs35,00 to Rs40,00 per month + other benefits.
