Job Description
Join NTIS PAK – NATRINSPA IMMIGRATIONS SERVICES as an HR Officer! In this role, you will support HR initiatives, provide policy guidance, and participate in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities include creating onboarding plans, developing training programs, assisting in performance management, and maintaining employee records. You’ll also ensure compliance with labor laws and handle disciplinary issues.
We’re looking for someone with proven HR experience and knowledge of HR functions, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; familiarity with HRMS is a plus.
