Job Description

Optimum HR is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team in the retail sector. This role is perfect for an HR professional with strong recruitment expertise and a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in FLOWHCM and Microsoft Office Suite.
