Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team at Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. In this role, you will consult with line management, providing HR guidance and analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies. You will also manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough and objective investigations.
