Job Description
Secure Logistics Group (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and full-time Human Resources Officer to join our team on-site. This key position will be responsible for managing HR policies, enhancing employee relations, crafting job descriptions, and implementing various HR management functions.
Qualified candidates should possess:
- Proficiency in HR Policies and Management
- Experience in Employee Relations
- Expertise in Job Description Development
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
