Job Description
Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager for our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and possess 5 to 7 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily HR operations, managing payroll and employee benefits, facilitating onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, with a salary starting at Rs90,00.00 per month. The application deadline is February 17, 2025.
